Casey’s Sugared Almonds

1 Egg White
1 Tbsp. Water
1 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
3/4 tsp. Salt
Preheat oven to 250°F.
Whisk together egg white and water until frothy.
Mix together sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Add almonds to egg white mixture and stir to coat.
Toss nuts into sugar mixture, stir to coat.
Spread onto parchment or foil lined baking sheet.
Bake approx. one hour stirring every 15 minutes.
Let cool. Store in airtight containers.
