4 c. Apples, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c. Butter
Pinch of Salt
1 c. Granulated Sugar
1 c. Flour
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 c. Walnuts or Pecans, chopped
Place sliced apples in an 9″ pie plate.
Sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Using a pastry blender mix together until crumbly the butter, salt, granulated sugar and flour.
Stir in egg and nuts.
Spread over top of apples.
Bake 55-60 minutes at 350°F.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
