3 c. Warm Water, 110°-115° 1/2 c. Honey 1/4 c. Molasses 3 Pkg. Yeast 1 Tbsp. Salt 1/4 c. Oil 5 c. Whole Wheat Flour 3 c. Unbleached Flour 1 c. Cracked Wheat Mix together warm water, honey and molasses. Sprinkle yeast on top and let stand for 5 minutes. Add salt, oil, both kinds of flour and cracked wheat, mix well.
