King’s Day Cupcakes

Cupcakes: 1/2 c. Butter, softened 1/2 c. Shortening 4 Eggs 2 c. Cake Flour 1 tsp. Soda 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Vanilla 1/4 tsp. Almond Extract In a large mixing bowl beat together butter, shortening and eggs until light. Beat in flour, soda, salt and flavorings. Continue beating until smooth about 3 minutes.
