1 c. Granulated Sugar 4 Tbsp. Flour 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/3 c. Lemon Juice 2 tsp. Grated Lemon Zest 4 Eggs, separated 1 1/2 c. Whole Milk 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted In mixing bowl combine sugar, flour and salt. Add lemon juice and lemon zest, beat until smooth. Set aside. In separate bowl beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
