Potatoe Lefse

5 Well Packed Cups Riced Potatoes 1/2 c. Butter or Margarine 3 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar 2 c. Flour 1 tsp. Salt Best when using Idaho russet potatoes. Boil potatoes until fork tender, drain, and put through a ricer. Add butter or margarine while still warm. Cool until room temperature. Add powdered sugar, flour and salt. Mix with your hands.
