Crust: 1 c. Flour 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/3 c. Shortening 1/2 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, finely shredded 1/8 c. Ice Water With a pastry blender mix together 3/4 c. flour, salt and shortening.
