Warm Cranberry Pudding

2 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Milk
1 c. Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
2 c. Fresh Cranberries, lightly chopped

Stir all ingredients together and pour into greased 9″ x 13″ pan.
Bake 40-45 minutes at 350°F.
Serve with warm sauce.

Caramel Sauce:
1/2 c. Butter
1 c. Brown Sugar
3/4 c. Cream

In saucepan melt butter.
Stir in sugar and cream.
Boil 10 minutes stirring constantly.
